"Search Me, Lord" - Gaither Vocal Band Performed at Gaither Studios, Alexandria, IN/2014

Enjoy this upbeat gospel song "Search Me, Lord" by the Gaither Vocal Band performed at Gaither Studios, Alexandria, Indiania sometime in 2014. The Gaither Vocal Band at this time were composed of Guy Penrod, Wes Hampton, Marshall Hall, and Bill Gaither.    The Gaither Vocal Band was founded in the early ’80s by renowned Christian music leader Bill Gaither. GVB became one of America’s leading southern gospel vocal groups. While Bill Gaither remained the only original member of the ensemble, many well-regarded CCM/gospel singers have passed through the band’s ranks, including Russ Taff, Guy Penrod, Wes Hampton, Michael English, Mark Lowry, and David Phelps. Today, the Gaither Vocal Band roster is comprised of five power-packed voices, including Bill Gaither, Wes Hampton, Adam Crabb, Todd Suttles and Reggie Smith. Rebecca Ferguson sings Amazing Grace – The X Factor Live Semi-Final

Looking at my twitter feeds this morning , I found this very interesting link about this contestant at the X-Factor UK . Rebecca Ferguson is singing Amazing Grace at the Semi-Finals! A very bold statement about her faith and she dared to sing a song that is probably unpopular to the huge audience of a reality TV Show. Just look at the reactions in the faces of the X-factor Judges. A caption on the the Youtube X-Factor channel commented that "Rebecca has wanted to sing this song for a very long time, so saving it for last was a very wise move."   If I were to vote, of course I can't coz I'm not in the UK, I would surely vote for her. I will launch a huge campaign for audience to keep her in the competition. The truth is, I like this song very much. Carrie Underwood , Stan Walker , Alan Jackson , Dolly Parton and other popular artists made this song a huge statement. Amazing Grace is the anthem of people who has experienced such an amazing encounter with God, about

Chris Tomlin Live - Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)

I am undeniably a fan of Chris Tomlin . He is a great worship leader. Every word and every note he sings creates an atmosphere of worship to the glory of God. The difference of Chris Tomlin from other singers is the fact the he seems to put himself in the background and magnify God as the main actor of the song. His redition of Amazing Grace My Chains Are Gone is another marvelous worship performance. In fact this song was the official tract of the hit movie " Amazing Grace " starring Ioan Gruffudd . I stumbled on this article about the story behind the Hymn Amazing Grace. It is a great read. I trust that as you watch the above video and read the story behind the song, you will find your amazing grace if you have not found yours. Australian Idol Winner Stan Walker Sings and Tells His "Amazing Grace"

I started using the gift God gave me -  Stan Walker I am not really a big fan of Australian Idol but that changed when I saw the journey of this young man named Stan Walker. Rarely in primetime reality show can we see highlights of a passion for christianity .  Stan Walker proved that his christian beliefs and his honest, real, and powerful life testimony made the difference for him to win the hearts of many Australians . It is truly amazing to hear Stan Walker sing. He engages audience with his soulful voice. He sings from the depths of his heart making every song he sings sounds to be his very own. His spirit flows in every note. His performance of this famous hymn , Amazing Grace , is perhaps one of his best. Giving glory to God towards the end of his song is the most gallant and the most precious act he has done on a national television.
