Chris Tomlin: Your Grace is Enough

Your Grace Is Enough (Arriving Album Version)
"Great is Your love and justice God. You use the weak to lead the strong. You lead us in the song of Your salvation. And all Your people sing along" - Chris TomlinYour Grace Is Enough (Arriving Album Version).

Chris Tomlin were at the Youth Specialties convention when his band was asked to to back up a guy named Matt Maher who originally wrote and composed this song.

What is "Grace"? For most Christians, we define "grace" as God's unmerited favor. It is kindness from God that we don't deserve. An unconditional gift! There is nothing we have done, nor can ever do to earn this favor.  "In Christian theology it is defined as a state of sanctification by God; the state of one who is under such divine influence; a virtue coming from God; a state of sanctification enjoyed through divine favor.(1)"

The famous acronym for GRACE is this: God's Riches At Christ's Expense.
This is the exact message of Ephesians 2:8-9  "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast." Our salvation is by the  grace of God through Jesus Christ for Jesus is "The Way" and no other.

This review is from: Arriving (Audio CD)
"Although I normally write Christian reviews of books, I have a love for solid, biblically-based music. This latest CD by Chris Tomlin is one of the best I have heard. When I make that remark it is from a different perspective than many of the young "whippersnappers" here, for I remember the likes of Love Song, Second Chapter of Acts, and Keith Green. I've been listening to "contemporary" Christian music for 25 years, and Tomlin is quickly becoming one of my favorite artists of that entire time span.

I highly recommend this CD to the younger folks, as well as to the older folks like me who are products of the Jesus movement. This small investment will yield huge returns in strengthened personal praise and worship."
