"He Touched Me"- A Powerful Gospel Song Rendition by The Gaither Vocal Band [Live Performance]

 Watch the popular gospel group Gaither Vocal Band sing “He Touched Me.” This gospel song was written by Bill Gaither in 1963. It became a popular song in the christian community. On May 5, 1971, Elvis Priestly recorded it along with the Imperials (as backup singers) and was released as a single. It became the title track of his 1972 Grammy Award-winning album He Touched Me.


The Gaither Vocal Band was founded in the early ’80s by renowned Christian music leader Bill Gaither. GVB became one of America’s leading southern gospel vocal groups. While Bill Gaither remained the only original member of the ensemble, many well-regarded CCM/gospel singers have passed through the band’s ranks, including Russ Taff, Guy Penrod, Wes Hampton, Michael English, Mark Lowry, and David Phelps. Today, the Gaither Vocal Band roster is comprised of five power-packed voices, including Bill Gaither, Wes Hampton, Adam Crabb, Todd Suttles and Reggie Smith.

"It Is Well With My Soul" - Powerful Rendition by Guy Penrod & David Phelps (Live in Jerusalem Gaither Homecoming)

 What a powerful performance of Guy Penrod and David Phelps of this classic hymn " It Is Well With My Soul ." This song also known as "When Peace, Like A River" and was penned by hymnist Horatio Spafford and composed by Philip Bliss.  Who can wash us clean from all our filthiness? Surely there is a fountain than can do that and that is the precious blood of Jesus Christ our Lord.
